Lodges start from £175k depending on the lodge type style and internal specifications – you can choose a new lodge to suit your budget.
An annual property management fee of £2,950.00 + VAT covers ground rent, domestic waste, rates, communal electricity and all grounds and landscaping maintenance and is RPI linked.
All lodges have individual utility meters and charges are based on usage and invoiced quarterly.
The lease is for a term of 99 years and is an approved BH & HPA contract.
The lodge cannot be used as a permanent residence as the park only has a holiday licence and owners must produce details of their residency once a year in the form of a utility bill or similar.
